Aloe vera is a common natural health care product. Aloe leaves contain aloe polysaccharide, aloe-emodin, aloe-emodin and aloe bitterin. Aloe extract is the essence of extracting aloe vera. At present, aloe extract has been widely used as an additive for food, health care products and cosmetics, and its efficacy is particularly excellent.

1. Surface purification. First, rinse the fresh leaves with clean water, preferably with deep well water. Do not use tap water containing bleach. Because bleach can cause discoloration and deterioration of aloe vera.

2. UV radiation sterilization. The cleaned fresh leaves are dried and transported into a sterile room (with disinfection equipment in the room) for UV radiation sterilization, usually 5-10 minutes.

3. Remove the leaf skin. Remove the aloe leaf peel in a sterile room, cut the outer skin with a sterile blade, and remove the aloe vera gel. Place the gel and leaf skin in a plastic bucket or cylinder.

4. High speed pulverization and precipitation. The leaf skin tissue was crushed separately by a high-speed pulverizer to form a thin slurry. The precipitation treatment was then carried out using a high speed sedimentation machine. After filtration or vacuum filtration, it becomes aloe pure juice.

The filter residue after filtering the aloe vera juice is about 2%-4% of the weight of the fresh aloe leaf. The slag can be boiled for 1 hour, and the juice is filtered. The method produces aloe vera juice. The aloe vera juice is directly concentrated to the sugar-like sample by fire, and after cooling, it is condensed into a resinous form, which can be used as a raw material of aloe vera. The use of gel and leaf skin after treatment is different: gel juice is mainly used for the addition of beverages, foods, cosmetics, etc.; leaf skin juice is mainly used for daily cosmetics, health care products and pharmaceuticals such as skin care and hair care. Wait.

Aloe dry powder is processed into aloe dry powder by low-temperature concentration and spray drying. The two processes are different: low temperature concentration is made by evaporating and concentrating the liquid under high vacuum and low temperature (40-60 ° C); and the spray method is made under normal pressure and high temperature. When using aloe dry powder, firstly dissolve the powder in water, that is, restore the water phase components, and dilute to the corresponding multiples. The same raw juice retains the biological activity of the original juice. Among the various concentration methods, freeze vacuum drying is the best way to maximize the active ingredient in aloe vera.

The liquid aloe vera is obtained by homogenizing the harvested fresh aloe leaves through a special mixer. The temperature is controlled at 4 ° C, and the mixture is pulverized by a centrifuge at 2500 rpm for about 15 minutes. After the centrifugation is precipitated, the light color is obtained. liquid.
