Blackberries appear black or dark purplish red, hairless; Flowering period May to June; Fruit season July – August.

The flowers of the blackberry are bisexual and can self-pollinate. Generally, the highest yield of fruit branches is found at the height of the stem 60-150 cm from the ground.

It can be processed into jams, preserves, jellies, syrups, fruit juices, blackberry wine, fruit wine, gin, liqueur. Fresh or preserved berries can be used in pies, cakes and other sweets.
