Lovage (Botanical name: Levisticum officinale) is native to Western Asia and is cultivated in many countries in Europe and North America. China introduced the species from Europe in 1957.

Lovage extract is the extract of root of levisticum officinale,which is an Umbelliferae plant. It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, qi circulation, dispelling wind and relieving pain.

Lovage extract has the following effects:

• Lovage extract has the effect of activating blood and exercising Qi.
• Dispel wind and relieve pain.
• In women’s health, Lovage extract can treat irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, abdominal pain and other symptoms.
• Applied in natural supplement products.
