The plant extract disinfectant is an antibacterial agent which is obtained by extracting a component which kills or inhibits microorganisms from a plant, and adding a synergist and an auxiliary agent. Mainly used for environmental surfaces, mainly used for disinfection of environmental surfaces, supplies and skin and mucous membranes. The plant extracting antibacterial agent has a disinfectant mainly for killing bacteria or antibacterial, a disinfectant mainly for killing (suppressing) fungi, and a disinfectant mainly for antiviral.

The antibacterial disinfectant for plant extracts is mainly composed of an anthraquinone derivative and a biologically active substance. Tested by the national certification department, it has a good inhibition and killing effect on a variety of pathogenic microorganisms. The antibacterial test of Coppi antibacterial spray prepared from plant extracts showed that the effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 2 min, the inhibition rate was 100%, and the effect on E. coli was 2 MIN. The bacterial rate was 99.29%, the effect was 5 min, and the inhibition rate was 100%. Plant extract disinfectants also have good killing and inhibition effects on Streptococcus hemolyticus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and certain viruses.

The plant extract antibacterial disinfectant can directly infiltrate into the membrane of the microorganism or virus through the auxiliary agent, and is inactivated by the pathogenic microbial cell or virus by the action of the alkaloid. At the same time, the membrane of the pathogenic bacteria or virus can be directly dissolved, so that the pathogenic microorganisms die. The disinfection effect of the antibacterial disinfectant is affected by factors such as the environmental factors of the medicinal plant origin and the method of extracting the active ingredient. For example, rhubarb from different producing areas has a very different content of active ingredients, so it affects the bactericidal effect of antibacterial disinfectants of plant extracts. Extraction methods, environmental factors, additives applications, etc., can affect the quality of disinfectants and affect disinfection effects.
