Hops are the flower of the hop plant (Humulus lupulus) used to make beer. In addition to imparting flavor to ales and pilsners, hops are also believed to offer health benefits. Many of these benefits are attributed to compounds found in the plant’s artichoke-like flowers, including the flavonoids xanthohumol and 8-prenylnaringenin and the essential oils humulene and lupulone.<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Flavone:Flavonoids and flavonoids are the main components of hops extract. Studies have shown that hops extracts have inhibitory effects on a variety of bacteria, such as bacillus anthracis, bacillus cereus, diphtheria, pneumococcus and staphylococcus aureus.<\/p>\n

2.8-prenylnaringenin (8-PN): At present this is the most effective phytoestrogens isolated from 8 – isoprene (8 – PN), due to its competitive combined with estrogen receptors, induced alkaline phospholipase activity, improve the training of endometrial cells of progesterone receptor mRN A, raised another factor preselin estrogen – 2<\/p>\n

3.Xanthohumol (XN): Xanthohumol is the main flavonoid containing isoprene in the female flowers of beer. In fact, hops are the only source of natural isoprene flavonoids found today. It is well known that flavonoids have a wide range of physiological and pharmacological activities, including biliary, anti-ulcer, liver protection, spasmolysis, diuresis, antivirus and so on. Isoprene flavonoids also have anti-proliferation and anti-cancer effects. Xanthophenol is the best cancer chemoprophylaxis in the present study. Enzyme that induces detoxification carcinogen; Inhibits early tumor growth.<\/p>\n

4.Hops are the female flower clusters (commonly called seed cones or strobiles), of a hop species, Humulus lupulus.
